Month 1: Foundation & Prospecting
- Establish your comfortable & positive prospecting environment.
- Identify your Unique Value Proposition (UVP).
- Set up Social Media accounts & MLS hotsheets.
- Prospect 6-7 days/week (8 AM-12 PM daily, 10 AM Sat, 4-6 PM Sun).
- Achieve minimum 10 contacts per day (decision-making adult).
- Talk to everyone: ask for referrals and offer your card.
- Go on as many appointments as possible for experience.
- Respond to new leads within 5 minutes.
- Build your "Center of Influence" (COI) database.
- Practice scripts 30 mins daily (roleplay, write, chant, record).
- Preview 5-10 homes daily (in-person & virtual).
- Network with lenders and title officers.
Month 2: Follow-Up & Market Mastery
- Attend 3-5 appointments per week (buyers or previews).
- Maintain 6 days/week prospecting.
