Floorplans
Unit mixes and floorplans will be finalized with the approval of development permit applications for the individual phases. Note, that a minimum of 20% of condominiums will be offered as accessible suites. Also, 20% of the proposed strata units will be provided as affordable rental housing at or below 80% of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s average market rent.
